Playboy Casting, the saga continues

Stalked by Playboy casting calls

I have a natural gift for finding girls for them.
Ok, some people already know the Playboy saga, which has gone from anecdotal to outright commitment. For those that don't know the saga, let's start with a casting call around Feb 2002. At that time Playboy was seeking models for some project or other, and my models were working their butts off. Somehow or other, Playboy got sent an image of one of my girls, with my url on the bottom. Chances are it was a yahoo group photo, because I mark those with my url for promotional reasons. In this case it worked, they book marked my homepage.
I guess after a while of resisting it, I just gave in, and just this past week, I started sending more girls in, 13 to be exact. It seems it was good timing because Scott was looking for more girls, and so many look like they fit the bill. So I am looking around for more women that want to get sent over, some I would prefer to package under myself, as a sign of good faith to them, others I will give the info to and let you take it from there.
So you want to get into Playboy?
How do I get into Playboy? You/I want to be in Playboy? Well first off you need to know what to do, who to call, and how to proceed. If you think you want to go it alone, you can get ahold of the nearest studio, call in and see if they can schedule you for a Playboy test shoot with a Playboy test photographer. This usually books up fast, and it may take 3-4 months before they can schedule you. Second choice is to try and email them directly, which means you go into a large fat mailbox with all the other girls that have send in emails, and pray you eventually get seen. You could also answer any number of the Playboy casting calls. The other option is to find a reputable party thay can get you seen. This is easier said than done.
So many people have implied relationships with Playboy or maybe knew someone that did one of their projects, or can produce a photo at a mansion party with them in it. You have to see through the hype.

Playboy's crack legal staff contacted me too
At one point a malcontent photographer (a wannabe competitor of mine) contacted Playboy's legal staff to complain that I in someway am trying to sell a product or service in conjunction with the Playboy name. I in no way shape or form, in the present or in the past, imply that anyone needs to shoot/hire/pay with me to get into the magazine, TV, radio or any contact with them. I also will not give the information away to anyone that I do not want dropping my name to get in the door. So I posted up my testimonials and they can function internally and ask the models directly what our relationship is. Some, like Madison, would say I am a good friend of the company that sends in girls from time to time.

Playboy magazine and I
Well I know a certain higher-up in the magazine by way of a few stories I pitched through a writer I know, that also happens to represent my art work. The lead time on the magazine is sometimes up to 6 months in advance, which means you get shot in January and do not get on the news stands until late July.

Hey Kevin as per your request a few weeks ago, here are some raw un-PhotoShopped shots of Sivan. She’s hot, down to earth, loves the camera, and those are real ;) I thought you guys would love her.
 
Background:
I met her at a Ferrari owners’ club charity poker night where she was the dealer. I think one of the BEST selling points is that she is Israeli and represents a very exotic, yet clean look you guys should like a lot. I may be wrong, but I don’t remember another Israeli model in recent history of Playboy centerfolds.
 
In the future, for you to think about, is a podcast with a ton of traffic, she’ll be hosting it, and if my show flies at Playboy TV in my next meeting, she’ll be hosting that too. We will be swinging past there today actually to see Scott Cope and Madison Smith.
 
She has a lot going for her right now, I have not asked all the details, but I don’t think you would be disappointed.

I initially made contact because of my connections to the Bullrun TV show and event/rally. I started by placing an email to the editor, and was responded to by Josh Robertson. The following is the exchange and escallation of the project.

I'm running to a doctor's appointment, should be back in a couple of hours, but to your question: Any girl who takes it off will get at least the Playboy minimum rate of $500. It's the same price we'd give if one of the
girls were to do the "Employee of the Month" feature.

NOW, this could be made into something bigger -- one idea would be to have a sexy shot, not necessarily any nudity, in the magazine with some kind of words attached to it -- "5 road racing tips from the flag girls," something like that. We would come up with something. Then we'd put in a line that says "To see more of the flag girls -- much more -- go to playboy.com/flaggirls" or something like that, where they'd have a full online pictorial w/nudity. They'd get paid the $500 apiece for the magazine and some additional fee for the online component.

Jen can't do nudity, and Stirling said she'd work on getting in to my studio. Jen has appeared clothed as an extra on many of the Playboy TV shows. Madison Smith in casting has been trying to hook her for a while, same with the gang at Night Calls and Scott Cope for Sexy Girls Next Door.
